Hodd Barnes & Dickins (HBD) is one of the oldest opticians for professionals in London. A large portion of their clients are people who work close to the practice, so if they change jobs, they will not be likely to return. HBD wanted to target lapsed clients who had not visited the practice in several years to interact and engage them with an enticing offer in the hopes that they will revisit the practice. 


d2rCrossMedia created a campaign with a personalised direct mailer with a PURL, along with a personalised micro-site and follow up emails. HBD gained a revenue of £20,000 from the first sales directly relating to the campaign.
